To make sure that your coffee arrives at its peak of freshness, we only ship by USPS Priority Mail. It should arrive at your door in 2-3 days – no more than 4 days after roasting. Shipping happens only on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, to avoid having your precious coffee sitting in a postal facility over the weekend. When your order ships, you will receive confirmation by email of the expected delivery date and USPS tracking number.
Shipping fees are $7.50 for the first one-pound bag and $2.50 more for each additional bag, up to the maximum of 5 bags . Fees will be calculated at checkout, after you have entered your shipping address. [We expect to soon update our shipping fees, following the opening of our new Coffee Roastery and Tasting Room in downtown Silver Spring.]
We appreciate large orders, but please do not order more coffee than you plan to drink in 4-6 weeks. After that time, the coffee will begin to stale noticeably. It may end up tasting more like coffee from the supermarket than the amazing coffee experience for which Celtic Cup is known.
