Costa Rica La Amistad Organic, Washed:
This beautiful organic coffee comes from a third-generation owned coffee farm, Hacienda la Amistad, in Puntarenas Province, Costa Rica, located at 1220 meters above sea level. It features flavors of red apple, orange, and cane sugar, with medium-high acidity and medium body.

Costa Rica Montano, Anaerobic Honey:
Grown by various smallholder farms in the Tarrazú & Tres Ríos regions then processed at the Montano Micro-mill, this coffee is a blend of Caturra and Catuai coffee beans. With medium body and acidity on the light side of medium, it highlights warming flavors of cinnamon, raspberry, brown spice, ginger, hibiscus, and cane sugar.

LAST CHANCE: Kenya AB Karugiro Factory, Washed:
Grown in Murang’a County in Kenya at an elevation of 1750 meters, this coffee with light body and bright acidity, features the intriguing flavors of dark chocolate, caramel, rosemary, lemon and lime. It was processed at the Karugiro Factory, which is part of the Kamacharia Farmers’ Cooperative Society and serves 1,300 members in a high-potential farming zone.
As of 1/3/26, this product is sold out for custom roasted pounds of coffee. A limited selection of recently roasted sample packs remain available for in-store purchase (3.5 oz, 100g).

Nicaragua “Naturally Neighbors”:
This naturally processed coffee is from the Gold Mountain Coffee Growers Member Farmers, a collective of small farms in the Matagalpa and Jinotega regions of Nicaragua, at altitudes of 1300 to 1600 meters. It is a blend of Catuai, Caturra, Bourbon, Pache Colis, and small amounts of Geisha coffee beans. The GMCG notes suggest fruity flavor notes of cherry, mango, and pineapple. We agree with tart cherry and mango, with lighter roasts including hints of green pepper and darker roast featuring unsweetened cocoa.

NEW: Sumatra Gayo Fair Trade Organic (FTO), Wet Hulled:
From the Aceh Tengah region in Sumatra, this certified Fair Trade Organic (FTO) coffee is a blend of Arabia Gayo 1 and 2 grown at an altitude of around 1450 meters above sea level by the Wagiman and Yasmin Farms in the Kogorasi Coop. This coffee is “G1 TP” referring to the highest grade (Grade 1) and that the coffee was triple-picked (TP), that is, how many times the beans were hand-sorted. With heavy body and medium acidity, this coffee offers flavors of dark chocolate, pipe tobacco, clove, concord grape, and lime.

Brazil Minas Gerais Decaf, Swiss Water Process:
The Minas Gerais region in Brazil accounts for nearly half of country’s total coffee production. It alone produces more coffee as a region than any other country in the world. It doesn’t get more quintessentially Brazilian than this, and now it’s available in decaf, too. With a light body and mild acidity, this Swiss Water Process decaffeinated coffee offers flavor notes of cocoa powder and nuttiness, with a mild citrus acidity and black tea finish.

Coffees are selected from various farms across Sumatra to create this lot that features flavor notes of creaminess, dark chocolate, and molasses, with heavy body and medium acidity.

Ben Weiner’s Finca Idealista, in Matagalpa at 1200 meters above sea level, is the flagship farm of Gold Mountain Coffee Growers. It exemplifies changing the world through coffee: using machetes instead of herbicides, mushrooms instead of pesticides, and volcanic filters to clean the wash-water before it enters the watershed.
This first ever nanolot is 100% washed yellow pacamara. It shows flavors of lemon drops, apple, and passion fruit, with a silky body and ___acidity. As it cools, expect the body to become silkier, while flavors of rose, agave, and custard/flan emerge.

Nicaragua Idealista Yellow Bourbon Varietal Concoction, combination processed:
Another offering from Ben Weiner’s Finca Idealista, in Matagalpa at 1200 meters above sea level. This flagship farm of Gold Mountain Coffee Growers exemplifies changing the world through coffee: using machetes instead of herbicides, mushrooms instead of pesticides, and volcanic filters to clean the wash-water before it enters the watershed.
This unique nanolot of sweet, juicy yellow bourbon varietal coffee is prepared with a combination of honey, natural, and carbonic maceration processes. This yields flavors of rose, papaya, and white currant with a silky body and ____acidity. As it cools, note the appearance of orange peel and blueberry notes. The price includes a tariff fee of approximately $0.63 per pound.

Located in the Cajamarca region of Peru, COOPAFSI (Cooperative Agraria “Frontera San Ignacio” Ltda) empowers and promotes women-grown coffee. This certified Fair Trade Organic coffee features the Catimor and Caturra varietals, grown at elevations of 1500 to 1750 meters, then fully washed and patio dried. With above average acidity, average body, and above average sweetness, it highlights flavors of caramel, milk chocolate, and orange..

Colombia Valle del Cauca Decaf, Sugarcane:
The Valle del Cauca is a critical swatch of land where natural resources, water management, and friendly environmental practices are keenly preserved by those who live and farm there. Altitudes range from 1700 to 2100 meters above sea level (masl), with this lot coming from about 1750 masl. This decaf, processed with derivatives of sugarcane, shows medium body and bright acidity with flavor notes of chocolate, cane sugar, citrus, and roasted almond.
